Single Site Series

The 2021 Fumé Blanc is lifted by delicate elderflower and fresh herbs with notes of struck match and char.  The palate is crisp and softly textured, exhibiting flavours of flint, nettles and cultured butter.  Served chilled, it will delight equally with grilled WA rock lobster or fish and chips.

The 2018 Single Site Cabernet is an elegant wine with notes of blackcurrant, black cherry, and a hint of mint. Displaying a perfumed nose of dark berry fruits and earthy tones, there is a smooth silkiness to balance the fine chewy tannins of the Cabernet.

Hand harvested from Rockcliffe's Old Block, this Semillon was fermented in French oak to produce a wine with fresh citrus and white flower notes, flint, and a rich toasty palate.

The 2021 Mourvèdre is a lovely medium, bodied wine plump with soft red fruit, plums and mulberries.  It has a savoury palate of cedar, leather and roasted coffee.

Made from select hand –picked Shiraz, bright ruby, cherry candy, black pepper spice on the nose. Juicy red fruits on the palate, raspberries and spice. 

Made in the Burgundian Nouveau style which refers to a method of winemaking designed to produce fresh, fruity, and light-bodied red wines.

It is best served slightly chilled.​

Lifted bouquet of dark forest fruits and subtle peppery spice. The medium bodied palate is filled with blackberries, spices and pepper that are balanced by the silky tannins.

Made from a select parcel of Spains noble grape - Tempranillo, this wine is a serious rose. Delicate violets and vanilla complement the blackcurrant notes. The palate is fine and long with cassis and raspberry amongst the savoury spice and dried thyme.

Fresh cedar, red fruits, plums, raspberries, savoury flavours of game and spice. Dark cherry stone tannins, big rich and full bodied.

Made in a true "Gris" style to embrace the core qualities of cool climate Pinot Gris. The focus of this wine is all about texture and palate structure to make it an ideal food accompaniment. Approx 8 hours pre-pressing skin contact helps extract flavour and the faintest hint of colour from the skins, adding to the texture and mid-palate weight. The wine exudes aromatics of pear and red apple that lead to savoury, mouth filling flavours the dance over the tongue. The finish is clean, long and crisp.

Sourced from one of the oldest vineyards in the Swan Valley, Western Australia (original planting 1952). The fruit was 100% hand-picked allowing us to use a portion (~20%) of whole bunches in the ferment (traditional small open top fermenters) to help lift the sweet-fruited aromatics. The wine was made in a medium bodied style to encapsulate the savoury, bright fruited nature of the variety. Ageing in 2 and 3 yr old French oak for 15 months adds further complexity and balance to the wine.

Sweet black cherry and red berry fruit characters dominate the nose. The palate however is the real hero - a perfect balance of bright, almost confectionary like fruit flavour is entwined in the elegant savoury tannins. A wine with such vibrancy is very attractive in its youth but there is enough structure to warrant 5-7 years aging.

Dense, deep ruby colour with purple hues. Intense blue fruit aromatics with a warm cocoa richness. Hints of dried woodsmoke and spice complexity. A robust, rich palate with mouth filling, smooth tannins and long finish.

Beautiful coral pink colour. White cranberry with cherry blossom notes on the nose. Refined acidity showing minerality and delicate floral notes. This rose has full mouthfeel, giving it a clean crisp finish.

Lifted aromas of white flowers and jasmine with a linear and focused palate showing citrus zest and a dry chalky minerality. Tightly coiled, bright and finely structured, with mouthwatering acidity delivering exceptional length and drive through the palate.

A barrel-fermented Semillon offering lifted aromas of citrus peel, almond and a gentle oxidative complexity. The palate is richly textured with buttered toast, flinty minerality and fine acidity that carries through the finish.

Lifted white peach and nectarine with lemon curd, cashew and subtle flint. A rich, layered palate of stone fruit, grilled nuts and faint butterscotch, balanced by a bright thread of cool-climate acidity.

Maturation: 10 months in French oak barriques (30% new)

Dark fruits, plum and licorice with mocha spice and subtle savoury complexity. Rich and supple, with generous jubey red fruits, fine-grained tannins and rustic savoury charm leading to a long and stylish finish.

Bright cherry and raspberry with lifted florals, wild herbs and savoury spice. Light and finely structured, with earth, rhubarb and vibrant red fruits framed by silky tannins and fresh acidity, bringing poise, freshness and length.
