• Red wines

From the robust Tempranillo that bursts with vibrant flavours, to the deep and intense Malbec that offers a rich, full-bodied experience, our red wine collection is truly remarkable. The classic Cabernet Sauvignon stands out with its complexity and depth, providing a sophisticated taste for discerning palates.

Adding to the diversity, the bold Mourvedre brings forward earthy undertones and a hint of spice while the Pinot Noir offers a lighter, more nuanced profile. Finally, our unique ZiNo blend offers juicy red fruits on the palate, creating a vibrant and refreshing finish.

The robust nature of red wines pairs wonderfully with grilled meats, rich stews and hearty dishes. Enjoy them alongside roasted lamb and beef tenderloin. Consider serving red wines with game meats like venison or duck, where the bold and earthy undertones of the wine complement the richness of the meat.

Aged cheeses, with their strong and developed flavours, also make an excellent match. Lastly, roasted vegetables and delicious tomato-based pastas work wonderfully with red wines.

• White wines

Add a touch of sophistication to every meal with our white wines, from the crisp and aromatic Fumé Blanc to the rich and buttery Chardonnay. Our Semillon offers a versatile and refreshing profile, while the stunning Riesling captivates with its delicate balance of sweetness and acidity. 

Our white wines pair beautifully with light seafood dishes, such as grilled shrimp or scallops. They're equally delightful with fresh salads, creamy pasta and tangy vinaigrettes.

• Rosé 

Our Rosé wine is crafted from a select parcel of Spain's noble grape, Tempranillo. It showcases a gorgeous bouquet of violets and vanilla that perfectly complements its blackcurrant notes. The palate is fine and long, featuring layers of cassis and raspberry intertwined with savoury spice and hints of dried thyme. 

Its delicate floral and fruity notes pair wonderfully with fresh salads, seafood and light poultry dishes, such as grilled chicken or turkey. The spice and dried thyme elements are also great with Mediterranean cuisine, including dishes like tapas and paella.
